We V.K. Packwell, supply the best products/accessories, so it is never matter of returning of goods by customers.

Return is a scheme provided to serve the customers in case of Faulty/Damaged/defective product delivered.  

 General Rules for a successful Return

  1. If any product found Faulty/Damaged/Incomplete Accessories Etc… Customers are advice to inform V.K. PACKWELL with all details, V.K. Packwell will check the nature of complaint, if complaint found genuine then V.K. Packwell will replace the said product/products to the customer.
  2. Customers are advised to Check/Assure No. of Cartons/Boxes/Bags (as per details shared by V.K. Packwell) to be verifying before receipt of delivery from Transporter/Logistic Supplier/Courier Persons. If found shortage of cartons/bags/boxes do not received delivery and inform to V.K. Packwell about shortage of No. of cartons/boxes/bags etc… OR get the Short delivery certificate with mentioned of all essential details from Transporter/Logistic Supplier/Courier Person and then take delivery of remaining articles. 
  3. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, do not accept delivery of product. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
  4. For products where installation is provided by V.K. Packwell service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. V.K. Packwell authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
  5. For any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opine that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
  6. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  7. All refunds will be process as per the convenient work timing of V.K. Packwell.

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be returned which were unboxed/opened by user return option available for following reasons only.

Your product will be checked for the following conditions:



Correct Product

Name/ Image/ Serial No. / No. of Articles / Bar-code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All products with its accessories should be present.   

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered .(wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Return checking team will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the V.K. PACKWELL.

The V.K. Packwell reserves all rights to accept or reject the return/refund of products which are sold on vkgroupindia.in

Product return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
